RBS + IRIS: Bridge the Gap
Need to get your Royal Bank of Scotland bank statement into IRIS? RBS uses DD/MM/YYYY and separate Paid In and Paid Out columns matching NatWest's layout with minor header differences — which needs converting to CSV (Date, Narrative, Debit, Credit — IRIS uses Narrative instead of Description and requires separate Debit/Credit columns) for IRIS import.
How BankScan AI Converts RBS for IRIS
Convert client bank statements to CSV with BankScan AI, then import into IRIS for fast bank reconciliation across your client portfolio. RBS statements share a similar format to NatWest. BankScan AI handles both with the same high accuracy.
How It Works

Common Import Issues
IRIS is strict about column naming — use 'Narrative' not 'Description'. Also requires the CSV to not contain any currency symbols in amount columns.
