Import for Visa Application into NetSuite
After converting your bank statements for visa application:
- In NetSuite, go to Transactions > Bank > Import Bank Statement
- Upload the CSV, map fields to Date, Description, Amount, and select the target bank account for reconciliation
Common Import Issues
NetSuite's import wizard requires matching to an existing bank account. Multi-currency transactions need the currency code column. Duplicate detection uses date+amount, so identical transactions may need manual review.
NetSuite Import for Visa Application
Statements must cover the period ending no more than 31 days before the visa application date; delays mean re-obtaining fresh statements
